A Power of Attorney is a legal document that allows someone (the "agent") to act on behalf of another person (the "principal") in certain matters. This ensures that your wishes are still met even at times where you cannot express your own intent.

A will, also known as a "last will and testament," is a legal document outlining how a person's assets and property should be distributed after their death.  Without a Will your property will be distributed according to the State's discretions per statute.

A trust is a legal arrangement where someone transfers ownership of assets to a trustee who holds and manages them for the benefit of one or more beneficiaries. Trusts can be used during and after your lifetime where a will only takes affect upon death.
